Return Policy
At Ellington Chicago, we aim to keep our customers satisfied. If you wish to return a product, this document explains our return policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

Trying on is allowed; wearing is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Register your return by emailing info@ellingtonchicago.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

We will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
After the item is received at the return address and its condition is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
